Creative Director. Award-winner. Judge. Designer. Writer. 22 years’. Shaping and leading London’s design experts.

I’m currently Head of Design at RAPP UK, where I lead a multi-disciplined department of twenty. Over a career spanning 20-plus years, I’ve guided many famous brands, including American Express, British Airways, IBM, Mercedes-Benz, Ralph Lauren and Virgin Media. I’ve also picked up over 60 design awards and nominations along the way, from the likes of D&AD, Cannes, Creative Circle and the DMA.

On a personal level, my mission is to pioneer initiatives that help to elevate the value of design in our industry. I’m also passionate about achieving greater diversity and nurturing under-represented grassroots talent. I’ve collaborated with the DMA on ‘The Campaign for Great British Creativity’ and launched a design initiative entitled, ‘Command Shift Design’, which aims to disrupt our conventional understanding of strategic design thinking.
