I led the design for the European Ralph Lauren CRM pitch. I visited the New York design team and helped secure the European account. Our coders, copywriters and strategists collaborated with designers to create toolkits of pre-built content modules. As a result, we could create hyper-targeted CRM campaigns at speed while maintaining a premium level of design. This was the first time Ralph Lauren used an external agency to refresh their comms in their 50 year history.
